Order Processing Times
We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Occasionally, delays may occur.
Please note that any shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. These timeframes apply from the date of dispatch, not the order date. If delays arise, we’ll notify you via the email address provided during checkout. Please check your inbox regularly for updates.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your items, your delivery address, and any additional insurance required for high-value orders.
Before finalizing your purchase, you’ll see the full shipping cost at checkout, giving you the option to proceed or cancel.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from Ireland (EU).
If your delivery address is outside the EU, customs duties, tariffs, and other import fees may apply. These charges are your responsibility, and Shopnadia.com cannot calculate or cover these costs.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or duties
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return an item that incurred customs fees, please note that these fees are non-refundable. You’ll need to contact your local tax office for assistance.
Backordered Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss your options:
Ship available items immediately and send the backordered item later.
Hold the entire order until all items are in stock.
Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct shipping details. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the package.
